TOYSBUILD 2-YEAR WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS
All toys are covered under our manufacturer’s 2-year all-inclusive warranty for the Original Purchaser all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).The warranty begins from the day of receiving the product.
COVERED PRODUCTS
TOYSBUILD will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
(1)Man-made damage,Corrosion,Paint fade, scratches, impact marks,Impact damage,Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
(2)Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by TOYSBUILD with the Products;
(3)Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
For Separately Purchased Accessories
We provide 1-year warranty for separately purchased accessories. Here are the details.
- Within 7 Days of Receipt:
(1) Returns and exchanges are accepted.
(2) If the accessory has a quality issue, the return or exchange shipping fee will be fully covered by TOYSBUILD. - After 7 Days of Receipt:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Note: Wear and tear items are not covered under warranty. These items include Batteries, stickers, screws,etc.
Wear and Tear Items
“Wear and tear” refers to damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal riding. Wear and tear items are not covered by this warranty policy. The following is a non-exhaustive list of other typical wear and tear items not covered by this warranty:

AFTER SALE PROCESS
1.Warranty Request
Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@toysbuild.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty request will be processed through TOYSBUILD within 2 years of initial purchase.
2.Shipping Damage Request
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact Service Email and provide us with photo or video proof.
