Toysbuild is proud to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. To improve delivery efficiency, Toysbuild has established local logistics warehouses in China, the United States, and Germany, ensuring faster delivery speeds to these regions.
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and many other countries.
Shipping Worldwide (China Warehouse)
Shipping from our China warehouse to countries outside the above-listed regions, including Australia and other international destinations. Estimated delivery time: 6-12 business days.
2. Delivery Time and Costs (If your region is not listed, please contact our customer service team to confirm the delivery area before placing your order.)
Shipping from China: Estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days.
Shipping from the United States, Canada, or Germany: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Please note:
1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
2. Shipping costs may vary depending on product weight, size, or distance. Shipping costs and delivery status will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected items. We offer free shipping on some items over $120.
3. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. After shipment, we will send a tracking number via email so you can track your delivery progress in real time.
4. Changing Shipping Address
Changing your shipping address is free until you receive a shipping confirmation email.
Changing the shipping address for shipped items (not yet delivered) will incur a fee.
If the item has been successfully delivered to the original address, the shipping address cannot be changed.
5. Order Tracking
With a registered account: Go to "My Account" and check your order history to check your order status.
Without a registered account: Go to the "Track Orders" page and enter your order confirmation number to check your order status.
Providing incorrect shipping information may result in delays or non-delivery.
6. Taxes and Fees
Applicable taxes and fees are payable on all orders. These will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. For goods shipped from China, import duties, customs fees, or VAT may apply, depending on the regulations of your country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Friendly Reminder: Delivery time may be affected by customs clearance time or public holidays. If you have not received your package within the above estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
During public holidays, delivery times may be affected due to operational restrictions imposed by manufacturers and courier companies. We sincerely apologize for this, as it is beyond our control. Normal services will resume immediately after the holidays.
All estimated/typical delivery times are based on past order data and are for reference only.
