1. Overview
In this website, "we" and "our" refer to Toysbuild.com. Toysbuild provides you (the user) with this website and all its information, tools, and services, provided that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies, and statements set forth herein.

By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Descriptions
We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen differences and manufacturing tolerances, colors and sizes may vary slightly. All product descriptions, including part numbers and specifications, are provided based on information available to us.

3. Changes to Services and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

We assume no responsibility to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or termination of the Service.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides an e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products to you. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment service providers, including Stripe and other payment gateways, who may collect and store your payment information in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4.2. Order Acceptance: Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4.3. Payment Methods: Payment for products and services is due at the time of order placement.

Credit Cards: You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, and Klarna.

Upon completion of the order process, the credit card transaction will be automatically initiated. Your data will be transmitted over a secure SSL connection. If credit card authorization fails, the order will be cancelled.

PAYPAL: After selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal user, you can log in and complete the payment using your user information. Otherwise, you can register as a guest or create a PayPal account.

5. Orders and Processing
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product shortages, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. We will notify you if your order is affected.

6. Returns and Refunds
Unopened goods can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Opened goods with manufacturing defects can be replaced or refunded. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 5-8 business days of receiving the returned goods. 7. Customization Services (MOC/OEM/ODM)
Custom orders require a separate agreement covering price, delivery time, and specifications. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. Design ownership and usage rights will be clearly defined in a separate agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOYSBUILD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
